Is getting a tertiary education worth it and if so why

As we grow older, one of the things that we start to notice is that tertiary education or education your diploma, degree, masters or Ph.D. seems to become more and more important to businesses that hire people and one thing we also see are those people actually going to college or university and actually achieving the goal of getting a proper tertiary education. Back when our parents were finishing school and joining the adult world. They too had a choice that they could pursue higher education and achieve a degree or diploma but if you take a look at the statistics, most people back then almost always chose to forgo the usual life path of just getting your degree and finding a steady job and live comfortably. Back then the cost of life was fairly low as cars would only cost between 7,000 to 9,000 for a fairly good model. Nowadays cars can cost upwards of 35,000 or higher for a decent car model. This just goes to show how unstable the economy is right now and it also goes to show just why a lot of the fresh graduates always have problems with a financial nature. The minimum wage is so low that entry level jobs don’t even pay enough that you could afford a single room by yourself. You would have to be dependent on others to actually make a living these days. But now that the cons are done with, Why is it actually important to get a tertiary education.

One of the things that you can achieve from, getting a tertiary education is the fact that you can differentiate yourself from the people that haven’t gotten their tertiary education. It becomes pretty important especially when it comes down to you and another person. Even though most employers tend to look for experience first, It’s also an important thing for them for an individual to actually have a formal tertiary education and experience. For the most part, Tertiary education people tend to have the theoretical aspect of most things down but they just need the physical aspect to come in and they can put 2 and 2 together and achieve something really great.

If you take a look at the job market then you would be able to see that there are a lot of job offers out there from companies and the job titles are also confusing because there are so many of them. Once you take a look at the courses that are offered by the universities then you would see that they match the job titles that you’ve been looking at. The variety of courses that universities offer can help you reach the job that you want to get and the possibilities are almost infinite as there is always a tertiary option for most jobs.
